Q:
I would like to see photos from a past event that is no longer
listed on the 'Event Photos' page. How can I see them?
A: Yes. We keep
all photos and records 'for ever' so we can usually find your
photos. Contact us with all relevent details plus your name &
address and we can post the proofs to you.
Event albums will remain
on this website for about 6 months.

Q:
I have a Main Event photo that I would like to use in an advert.
Is that OK?
A:
All our photos may be used in private ads without charge providing
that they are credited to 'Main Event Photography'. Just let HorseDeals
know that the photo is one of ours and they will look after the
credit. Businesses wanting to use our photos in their advertising
should contact us before doing so as a small fee may apply.

Q:
A newsletter / magazine / local paper wants to use a photo that
I bought.
A: As a rule,
not-for-profit publications can use our photos without charge,
just providing a credit with the photo. This applies to all breed
clubs / societies and sporting groups' newsletters such as The
Eventer, Centreline, and the SCA Newsletter.
We also do not expect a fee from most local papers, just a credit.
If your local paper is the Sydney Morning Herald or The
Age then some fee would be required. We will always be happy
to provide any publication with the original image files when
asked to do so.

Q:
I do not want my photos and/or my children's photos displayed
on this website.
A:
No problem. If we know in time then your photos will not be included
in the event album and if requested after the album is posted
then yours will be removed as soon as possible.

Q:
Is it possible to see a bigger proof image?
A:
The website proof size is fixed but we can show you any images
on screen at an event and can enlarge the view as required. For
this service, please call in early in an event, not on the last
day.
