Copyright of all images & files remain the property of Main Event Photography. All images may be used for private advertising at no extra charge providing that they are credited (refer faqs ). Prints may not be scanned, copied or reproduced in any form without specific permission. Digital files may be used to advertise a horse or a rider/owner's equestrian business - e.g. stud farm, training school - but may not be used by a third party business without permission. This means that if a sponsor should want to use one of these images then they should contact us first. It will not be a problem but they do need a copyright release. When one of these images is used to advertise a horse etc. then it must be credited to Main Event Photography. |

| Note that small & medium files will be cropped, optimised and supplied by email. Large files will be supplied as taken. Occasionally the full file will be only slightly larger than a medium file. Where one of these images is ordered as a full file, it will only be charged as a medium file. | ||
| Ordering : digital files may be ordered at events or afterwards, as for prints. Either way they will be supplied by email, normally within 48 hours of order. Large files may be supplied on site at events at our discretion. If so they will be supplied on 1Gb thumbdrives which will be charged at $5 for order values below $70 or free of charge for orders of $70 and above. These thumbdrives are then yours to keep. Under no circumstances will we download files to any thumbdrive other than those we supply at the time. | ||
